Drone 0
Complete the game to unlock Drone 0. It is a useful character to recognize in late-game replays of early levels: those runs can have equipment and abilities beyond a new save’s opening kit.
Jeb The Scientist
In Chapter 12, the prompt asks whether you want to sacrifice 500 to honor the fallen. Choosing Yes leads to the Jeb The Scientist unlock. Read the actual prompt before committing the amount.
Progress between runs
Skill-tree upgrades, equipment and currency generally persist into a new run, but are tied to the character. Check the character-selection description for exceptions before changing characters.
Survival Mode has its own starting setup; do not assume a fully equipped story character gives you the same starting loadout there. See Survival Mode for how to build up during a run.
